#4 in HLTV Top 20 Players of 2014 (Virtus.pro). These are Snax's CS:GO settings from 2013, the closest to 2014 we found that can be converted, with the DPI from 2016-12-13 and the resolution from 2014-06-12. Source confidence: low.
No crosshair of his known to be from 2014 or 2015 was found. A copy of this file in the CSGO-Optimiser repository, added on 12 Jun 2014, is identical except for crosshair style 5 and gap 0 and the missing hand-added cl_radar_scale line, so one of the two was edited by hand, and which came first is unknown. setup.gg's own edit of 1 May 2016 and Liquipedia's first crosshair table for him (revision 576120 of 9 Feb 2017: style 4, size 4, thickness 1, gap 0, cyan) also have gap 0.

Download .cfgThe CS2 console can reject a pasted line longer than 510 characters, so the full config comes in parts: press ~ in CS2, paste part 1, press Enter, then do the same with the next part. Or download the .cfg, save it in Counter-Strike Global Offensive/game/csgo/cfg/ and run exec snax-2014 in the console.

How the date is known
Game-written config.cfg from setup.gg's archive. The only timestamp in it is a medal time of 13 Jan 2013, and its game-written lines lack the radar settings added on 25 Apr 2013 (the unquoted cl_radar_scale line at the end was added by hand), so it was saved between those dates. The file is not wholly his. Its medal time is also in both of ScreaM's configs in the archive (from early 2014 and from 2016) and in no other player's file, it shares the rare cl_crosshairalpha 9999 and cl_crosshairscale 1000 with ScreaM's 2014 file, and its cl_clanid is the Steam group of Team VeryGames, ScreaM's team in 2013 and not one Liquipedia lists Snax with. So it seems to descend from a config of ScreaM's from early 2013: the timestamp is ScreaM's, and only what Snax changed, such as the name and sensitivity and probably the crosshair size and gap, is his. setup.gg later edited the gap from -2 to 0 (1 May 2016); the original -2 is used.

How the date is known
From the same game-written config.cfg as the crosshair: the only timestamp in it is from 13 Jan 2013 and its game-written lines lack the radar settings added on 25 Apr 2013, so it was saved between those dates.

How the date is known
setup.gg's profile for Snax (data.yml), added to its data repository on 13 Dec 2016 and never changed. It lists the same sensitivity as the 2013 config, 1.9, at 400 DPI; when the values were collected isn't stated.

How the date is known
The video.txt in CSGO-Optimiser's snax profile lists 800x600 at 4:3. It was added to that repository on 12 Jun 2014, the latest date it can be from; the profile's config.cfg is a copy of the crosshair's source file (see the note). Liquipedia's Snax page lists 800x600 with black bars in revision 247169 of 16 Nov 2015, and setup.gg's profile (data.yml, added 13 Dec 2016) lists the same.

DPI is only taken from a source that lists the same sensitivity, so the eDPI matches the sensitivity shown. The other parts can come from configs of different dates, as listed.
